At Top Floor Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion acquisition. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered with.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gallery team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
